OUT NOW THE FOURTH STUDIO ALBUM BY OLD ROCK CITY ORCHESTRA IN LOVING MEMORY OF THE DRUMMER MICHELE "MIKE" CAPRIOLO

Out on 15th March 2023 for M.P. & Records the fourth studio album by Old Rock City Orchestra entitled “Y” (Ipsilon), a letter that symbolizes two possible life paths, the way of good and that of evil, united by the same origin and, according to a certain cyclical vision of the world, from the same end.

Eleven passages through which emerges an awareness of the duality that characterizes the human being and, at the same time, the existential need for a return to unity.
This is the concept of a disc with Dark Prog and Jazz Rock sounds, the last artistic expression of the trio after the premature death of the drummer Michele “Mike” Capriolo, to whose memory the album is dedicated, with esteem, affection and gratitude.

A TRIBUTE CONCERT IN MEMORY OF MICHELE "MIKE" CAPRIOLO

The tragic loss of Michele “Mike” Capriolo, who passed away on 27th March at the age of 34, is devastating for all the ones who have loved him.

To celebrate his life as musician, his bandmates, family and friends will commemorate the Old Rock City Orchestra’s drummer with a tribute concert in his hometown Orvieto on 25th June, the day of his birthday.
